The project involved foundation underpinning, to stabilise and strengthen the foundation, whilst rebuilding two brick walls, a new roof, new wiring and plumbing was installed. In addition, new gas and electric sub meters were fitted alongside new water underfloor heating, independent boiler, new modern kitchen, shower, toilet and basin.
