Three storey new build of a contemporary church, with the previous building demolished. New foundations using metal frame work. All three floors fitted with underfloor water heating, solar panels fitted on the roof, large grey aluminium windows with triple glazing fitted. External rendering with insulation which brings building into A+ in EPC. Built in baptistery pool with disabled access and facilities into the building, with lift build inside. Featuring large oak front door, three fire escape doors, new commercial kitchen, and pastoral room completed with toilet and shower.
